At Wisconsin Mutual we know that COVID-19 has and continues to impact us all in a variety of ways. Many of our policyholders have been financially impacted and we want to work with you and be as flexible as we can in regard to premium payments.
While insurance is considered an “essential business”, employees who are able to work from home are doing so in effort to flatten the curve and stay healthy. This flexibility will not impact the service you can continue to expect and are accustomed to from WMI. We are working with your Independent Agents to meet our policyholder needs and they are a great resource to use at this time when we are experiencing high volumes of requests.
At www.wiins.com, under the Contact tab, you will find our associate directory giving direct dial phone numbers and emails. You may also call 1-800-831-5959 and all WMI calls are serviced from 8:00 am-4:30 pm. Please also note that on our website you can log into My Account where you can print vehicle ID cards, view your policy, or pay your bill. We ask you to use these online tools when it makes sense.
If you email billing inquiries to email@example.com you will receive an automated response indicating a timeframe of when you can expect a response. In this email please include your preferred method (email or call) to be reached and your policy number.
